What a gorgeous little romper! These strong colours have been very popular and stock is getting low on this fabric.
The weight is a little heavier than we typically stock (similar weight to denim fabric) with a slightly looser weave - perfect for little boy's rompers and shorts, although I recently made a little pinafore for a friend's toddler in this fabric as she wanted them to match and it's totally adorable!
As with all of our kits, the romper can also be ordered as a custom-made garment (but honestly, it's easy to sew!).
About the Kit: Your kit includes precisely cut fabric pieces, buttons, elastic, designer label, size tag, gift tag, and very easy-to-follow Make It Guide with full colour photographs. All you have to do is... open the bag and SEW!
About the sewing: If you're looking for a project that is just a step above absolute beginner, then this is the kit for you. It's straightforward to sew, the fabric is lovely to handle and you'll really enjoy the process. It will take a beginner a few hours to complete and an experienced sewer a whole lot less!
About the fabric: 100% cotton, soft, breathable, and very comfy for Bub. Gentle machine wash, air dry.
About the garment: This romper can be worn with or without a tee underneath. Nappy changes are a breeze with the poppers at the "under carriage" as well as buttons/poppers at the shoulders. There's a very cute sunhat available to match which is absolutely essential to protect Bub from the harsh effects of the sun (see Little Bubs Headwear).
About gifting: One of our best sellers, this romper is a unique gift for Mummy (if she's a sewer) or perhaps you're thinking of sewing it for bub. One thing's for sure, nothing feels as special as a handmade gift!
Note: The garment is designed to have buttons at the shoulder straps, but if you prefer poppers (KAM snaps) let me know in the Notes to Seller at the checkout - it's no problem to swap 'em out for what you prefer.
