What can I expect to pay for shipping?
Our customers receive FREE SHIPPING throughout Australia. You're very welcome!
International shipping costs
International shipping for orders over $100 is FREE for our International customers. For orders below $100, shipping costs are capped at $15.00 irrespective of the size/weight of the package.
Note: It’s difficult to accurately estimate transit times for many countries outside of Australia. Packages going to UK, USA, and Europe usually take around 7 – 15 days, however, we can’t guarantee these transit times.
How long does it take to process an order?
Due to the custom nature of most of our product lines, order processing varies and can take from 7 to 10 business days, after which your order will be mailed out to you. However, if your order is urgent, please contact us via our Contact Us page (see below What’s the fastest way to receive my order?).
When we mail your order, you'll be notified via email along with a tracking link (if applicable) so you can check on the status of your delivery.
IMPORTANT - The devil's in the detail!
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address details when placing your order as, unfortunately, we do occasionally receive packages marked return to sender which have been returned to us due to incorrect customer information given at the time of purchase. In the event that there is an error on the part of our lovely customer (that’s you!) you will be liable for the costs of re-shipping the goods to the correct address.
Where do you ship from?
Every product is designed, cut, packed and shipped from our workshop based in Wellington Point, Redland City, Queensland, Australia.
What’s fastest way to receive my order?
Express Post is the fastest way to cut down delivery times but remember 7-10 days is our usual turnaround time to create your item. There is a $5.00 customer contribution for Express Post. We will meet the remaining cost as we give free standard shipping to our domestic customers.
Please order Express Shipping from our Accessories Collection and this will be processed with your order.
Reminder
If you’d like to receive your order by a specific deadline, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, it’s essential that you contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to meet your deadline.
Delivery liability
If your package is valued over $50.00 it will be tracked. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been posted with a tracking number. You will be given the option to either leave the package at your premises or return it to the post office if no one is available to receive the package.
Please note that if you opt for the parcel to be left outside of your premises in a “safe” place, we will not be held responsible for replacing goods which may be damaged or go missing as a result of being left outside, even if the package is insured.
