A Threadcatcher is an ideal gift for someone who's into sewing, whether they're an expert or a complete beginner. It's a brilliant alternative to sweeping up endless threads, fabric clippings, etc, not to mention trying to peel those frustratingly tiny little straggly threads from carpets, clothes, or your pet! You simply snip, clip, and drop right into your Threadcatcher - then empty it out into the bin when it gets full, too easy!
Pretty, fresh blue and white gingham lining against a snowy white cotton outer, trimmed with pretty lace. The weighted pincushion is attached to one end of a strap with a popper/snap fastener. At the other end of the strap is your Thread Catcher at just the right height to throw those little stray threads and clippings into.
Perfectly sized for hanging over the arm of an armchair while sewing or across your sewing table, keeping everything you need close to hand.
Dimensions:
19-20cm high (with fold-over) / 19-29cm cm wide / 10-12cm deep (front to back). Please note that these are finished/made sizes and there may be a minor variation in finished size because they are handmade. Kit fabric pieces are larger to account for seam allowances.
Print/transfer:
You can choose from any of the three print/transfer options or perhaps you have a phrase you'd like added eg "Mum's Threadcatcher" - we're very happy to accommodate any requests! We can also personalise this by adding in a name, specially laser cut and engraved, if you'd like this option. The print designs are sublimated directly onto the fabric using high-quality professional sublimation ink which will never peel, crack or fade.
