Easy, peasy returns...
You should be 100% happy with your purchase.
We accept returns for any reason (except custom cut/custom made items) as long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty goods for return: We’re very pernickety at Bubs & Bobbins and go to great lengths to ensure all products are both complete, and free of flaws. To that end, we carefully prepare, inspect and photograph each and every kit before it is packaged. This process forms part of our quality control system.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we'll happily refund the full amount of your purchase when we receive the returned item. We'll also refund your postage costs eg standard shipping.
Change of mind returns: Initial orders (over $50.00) are shipped free. However, if you are returning an item due to change of mind, the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. You will be refunded the full price of your item, less the original shipping costs.
Returns for exchanges: Orders are shipped absolutely free within Australia. However, customers requesting to return items for an exchange will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and the replacement item.

Please complete the returns process and then place a completely new order for your replacement item.
Returns process: To process a return of any kind, simply Contact Us giving your reason for returning the item, indicating whether you wish to exchange or be refunded. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your email (a photo taken with your phone is fine).
We’d appreciate you stating RETURN in the subject line.
We’ll send you an email with an address label to attach to your returning package.
Reminder: Please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of your original order.
